New service "Schedule of court hearings"

Yesterday a new service for arbitration courts was launched called β€œ Schedule of court hearings review ”. This is another small step on the great path of modernization of the judicial system of the Russian Federation.

The number of meetings held daily in the courts varies from 100 to 20,000. For those who held a trial pending consideration of their case, these are not just numbers, but long hours. Now you can quickly find out about the time and place of the meeting with the help of information monitors and interactive terminals. Literally like at the airport.

How does the service work?

Employees of the court are provided with an account with the rights of the operator with the help of which they fall into the administration zone. It is enough to choose a court and begin to display information on the terminal, or on the plasma panel.

Having specified the screen for information output, the operator of the service chooses a cabinet (courtroom) and a meeting. The list of meetings for the current date is automatically received from the β€œ Calendar of court sessions ” service.

After choosing a court session, the operator indicates his status:

Also, the operator can mark the parties present by ticking, combine the sessions and indicate the result of the court hearing, for example, the claim is fully or partially satisfied. Types of results are represented by a drop-down list. When taking a break or adjournment of the meeting, the operator shall set the date and place of the next consideration of the case. After the resolution (court decision) or the appointment of a new meeting is made, the case data is updated in the β€œ Card file of arbitration cases ” and, in the near future, in the β€œ Calendar of court sessions ”.

The service aims to simplify the work process in the courts. The admin panel is very easy to use and will not require the court staff to study it.

What does the user see?

The court visitor sees a plasma screen with general information about the upcoming sessions: the time for consideration of the case, the participants and the courtroom number. Each hall has an interactive information terminal, which displays all meetings scheduled for the current date in this hall. Clicking on the meeting, the user will see a card with detailed information. It shows the case number, the judge, all participants and the definition of the case.

The advantage of the service is that the information is updated online. In this case, the participant awaiting his meeting will be aware of whether he still has time to β€œdrink coffee” or it is time to proceed to the courtroom. One of the first who commissioned the service was the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation, the Belgorod AU and the AC of the Novgorod region.
