We release free SaaS-products for business management

We listened to numerous requests and launched a line of free products for small companies, startups and freelancers. It includes two basic products:

• Task Manager Free : teamwork, setting and monitoring tasks and projects, business planning, company structure management and other pieces.

• CRM Free : customers and sales, sales funnels and other reports, collaboration and tasks, accounts and financial accounting.

We hope that the proposed solutions will be useful for small Internet companies, work teams, start-ups and other small teams who initially want to organize their work and business processes correctly. To facilitate the start of work in the system, we have a detailed help and training videos .



Products have restrictions on use: no more than 7 employees (not counting dismissed employees), no more than 3 licenses (simultaneous logins in the system). More information can be found on the product pages.

Combining the "free" with the SaaS distribution model, we get the opportunity to instantly start working in the system, both without financial and time-consuming implementation and maintenance costs.



Having reached the limit on restrictions (for example, when expanding your staff) and realizing that Megaplan really helps, you can always switch to paid versions of the product.

In addition to the release of free products, we have recently made quite a few improvements in our solutions:



Integration with the Google calendar, the ability to respond to notifications directly from the mail (a comment goes directly to the task card), a new concept of " work flow" , an API for integration with an online store, offices in Ukraine and Belarus.



We also plan to launch iPhone and Android applications for our products by the end of 2011, and many other useful things.
