Monkey Business, or how to use Kinect

Another project using Microsoft Kinect . He drew my attention to the fact that its authors, Jen Siber and Ralph Kistler, went further than the existing developments and tied the game controller to the real object of reality - to the toy monkey .



This art installation consists of the following elements: Kinect, which determines the movement of a person, a computer for processing the data received from the camera, and ten sensors attached to the metal body of the monkey. Everything together and allows the 75-cm monkey to clearly repeat human movement.
