Target Appears in Alfa Bank Internet Banking

If you, habrazhitel, at least once came across personal finance management systems (including online ones), then you probably know about such a thing as “goals”. In fact, it is an opportunity to save money for some kind of purchase and see how quickly you approach it.

Recently, when Alfa Bank went online, I came across the same thing, screwed directly to banking.

Unfortunately, the interface here is less colorful than on most personal finance sites, but as we say, we don’t drink water from the face. If only it worked.



Of the functions stated the following:

- Goals are opened directly in the Internet bank, you do not need to go to the office
- interest is calculated for each goal every month at the minimum balance (according to the interest rates of the “My Safe” account);
- each goal has its own name, date and account, on which the money is kept;
- you can replenish this account from any other bank or organization - each goal has its own details;
- you can open up to 10 goals in total, goals can be in rubles, dollars or euros;
- Internet bank tells you how much you need to deposit on the target in order to have time to complete it by the deadline!

Unfortunately, it was not possible to check the performance - I do not have a deposit in the bank. The only thing I would like to note is that the money lying on the “targets” does not have any imputed interest (the interest rates in the said “my safe” are close to zero). But this is apparently the disease of most online services. At least I have not met the Russian personal finance service, which takes into account compound interest on money on deposits.
