Merge IT and Design

We are glad to share good news! In early August 2011, two leading companies in the field of Russian IT and UX design merged : Turbomilk and Parcsis . The companies merged under the common name Parcsis.

According to Aleksey Pelevin , designer and partner of Parcsis, thanks to this merger, a new and very interesting company has appeared in Russia, which combines all the qualities of a system integrator while possessing one of the strongest development teams. More importantly, the best team gathered in the field of creating interfaces and designing user interaction.

Founded in 2003, Parcsis is the creator of the Pravo.ru reference and legal system, as well as the main developer of services for the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation and implemented projects such as:

• “ Card file of arbitration cases ”, which provides information on arbitration cases;
