Overuse of English in IT

In itself, the event, at first glance, is not bad. But to read his description is almost impossible. It was written at MGIMO-English and there is no Russian (or Ukrainian) version at all. Maybe just a lot of participants are planned from abroad? Yes. I counted two out of forty.
Dear colleagues, let us not forget that we have a native language; and that if we make a site for Russian-speaking (for the most part) visitors in English, then let's at least write in stylistically correct English, and not in tracing paper from Russian.
