Friends! In anticipation of the launch of Windows Phone “Mango” in Russia, we decided to announce an application development marathon for WP7, within which we will help you to make your first or not first application.

how it works

1. You have an idea for an application for WP7.
2. Based on the idea, you make a prototype of the application (sketches, sketches, sketchflow, a partially working application, etc.).
3. Send an application with a description and a prototype for participation in the marathon to us by email rush4apps@microsoft.com (the sooner the better) - we give feedback on your application, discuss with you how best to make an application, what platform features can be successfully used and others interesting questions.
4. Until August 15, we will select up to 20 projects with which we will work further on an individual basis: helping to make the right design, test the application, suggest development questions, etc.
5. The finished application is published in the application store - we help you talk about the application and the development process.
6. You get fame and, if the application is paid and successful, deserved income.

the terms of participation

1. At the time of application you are already registered in the app store (as a developer or as a student through DreamSpark, registration for students is free).
2. The developed application is a new application for the Windows Phone Marketplace application store that implements the capabilities of the “Mango” update.
3. Upon completion, the application will be published in the AppHub.
4. Copyrights, as well as income in the case of publication of a paid application or an application with advertising remain with you. Responsibility to pay taxes - also lies with you ;-)
