Scottish police charged Topiary, the first speaker of the LulzSec hacker group, at a trial last Monday. Police say they have found evidence against him on the computer of the suspect, including 750,000 passwords and sketches of the scam with the news of the dead Rupert Murdoch that recently took place.
Jake Davis, an 18-year-old teenager from the Shetland Islands, is
accused of unauthorized access to computer systems, participation in organizing DDoS attacks and other crimes. Separately, the police stressed the fact that during the investigation were found: confidential information of the
NHS organization, information on hacking servers News International and participation in the attacks on the site
Serious Organized Crime Agency .

In recent years, Topiary was a speaker from Anonymous and LulzSec, it was also believed that he maintains a
LulzSec account
on Twitter , which now has more than 350,000 followers. He recently deleted all posts from his own feed,
leaving only a single tweet with the words: “You can't arrest an idea.”
The evidence obtained testifies against Jake, whose guilt was only recently doubted by many. The information on his computer confirms that he was actively involved in the operations of LulzSec and Topiary, like many Scots, speaks with an accent.
In court, Jake Davis appeared in jeans and sunglasses. He confirmed his own name and address to the judge, but remained silent the rest of the time. According to Reuters: “he kept a smile when the prosecution tried to pronounce“ LulzSec ””. With him he had a book Free Radicals: The secret anarchy of science.
After the trial, the defendant was released on a written undertaking not to leave the country (at his mother’s house) and banned from accessing the Internet. The court is to consider the case file, and Jake - to be supervised from 10 pm to 7 am every day, as well as wearing a follow-up device. The next meeting is August 30th.
