Google advertises spam mailings

While checking email through the Gmail web interface, I came across a curious ad line:

Not believing your eyes, clicked on the link. And I saw that I was not mistaken in the assumption - on the site I was offered to send my proposal to 70 million addresses. I did not read further.

The most interesting thing in this story is that the link from the mail turned out to be referral - the page had the GET parameter hop = netman114, which greatly expands the circle of reasoning.
