"Deals 24" - a typewriter for small businesses

Launched at the end of 2009, the Internet service " Transactions24 " was initially positioned as a tool for quickly and easily filling in sales documents: contracts, invoices for payments, acts of completed works, invoices, invoices.

After 4 months of testing, we released the service for free navigation - the official distribution began in April 2010. And over the course of the year, the service was free for everyone - through trial and error, the design was changed several times, it was possible to maintain expenditure documents, unload in 1C (for cases when the company is serviced by a remote accountant), reports, import payments from a bank statement, and much another.

Since April 2011 we have been spreading according to the freemium model - the basic functions are free, goodies and a large number of counterparties - 200 rubles per month.

Favorite competitors

In reviews, we are usually compared with “My business” and “Elbe”.
We are familiar with the creators of these services and treat them with great respect, however, there is a difference in approaches: we are not trying to replace an accountant.

Indeed, we believe that an accountant is needed, quite alive and preferably a woman. There are several reasons for this: firstly, all legal entities, in accordance with the law, must keep accounting records in full (no service provides this yet), secondly, a live accountant is more likely to insure a client than a system of tips and reminders Thirdly, he shares responsibility with the manager. Therefore, we have made a special offer for accountants-outsourcers .

Another difference that needs to be mentioned is that companies with a common tax system can use us, which is useful in the case of a meeting with a simplified payment system.

And the last - the mentioned unloading in 1C allows the user to receive a full backup of the data from the service at any time and, if necessary, switch to using 1C products.
