Acer Aspire 3000

Hello,
I have such a problem here.

There is a laptop here, Acer Aspire 3000
And behaves as follows:

* under ubuntu, dos, windows in safe mode and a few more linux systems - it works fine

* under windows, which comes with it in the delivery:
- the built-in touch pad and keyboard do not work
- even when nothing is running on the computer except the system, the CPU load floats around 70%
- does not turn off programmatically. the only way to turn it off is to disconnect the power or remove the battery.

* under any other windows xp the symptoms described above appear from time to time (approximately every 3rd launch), are treated by a reboot.

Where to dig not tell?
