At the end of May, lawyer and social activist Alexei Navalny presented a project to combat the disgusting quality of Russian roads and the inaction of Russian officials - RosYam. The principle of the service is simple: on the website rosyama.ru, anyone can post a photo and data of the road defect (pit, protruding rails, open hatches, etc.) that violate GOST 50597−93 (Roads and streets).


After that, the site automatically generates a complaint to the traffic police, and if no action is taken, then to the prosecutor's office. The complaint itself must be saved or printed, and then sent to the desired recipient.
