Enabling the debug menu in Safari for Windows

In order to enable the debug menu, you need to find the Preferences.plist file in C: \ Documents and Settings \ Account_Name \ Application Data \ Apple Computer \ Safari. Open it with any text editor.

At the end of the file before </ dict> </ plist> add:
