Business trip: getting ready. Part Two - Suitcase

So, in the first part, we discussed what to do to prepare for a business trip. And we got to the “interesting” moment - to the collection of the suitcase.

Which suitcase to take?

Choose a bag or suitcase based on the duration of the trips and the purpose for which you are traveling. There will be meetings - there will be a suit, shoes, shirts, a belt.

So, the suitcase can be of two types - the one that can be carried on the plane and the one that needs to be checked in. I hate to take a suitcase in the luggage and therefore I squeeze to the maximum, however, do not forget about shopping and gifts: if you plan to go shopping and buy gifts for relatives and colleagues, then remember that all this must be done somewhere and in the plane of you empty with two bags or with a maximum of 16kg. Although here the requirements of services may vary. But the risk is always there.

What to put in a suitcase?

Here begins the most cunning place charges. If you are married, attract a wife - one head is good and two is better.
Everyone collects a suitcase in their own way. I put the open suitcase on the floor a couple of days before departure and drop everything I need into it as I recall.
In the evening before departure, I collect and pack it “clean”.

Collection method

In order not to forget anything that I may need, I am going like this: I imagine my day from morning to evening.
And it turns out quite a logical scheme:

• Morning exercise puts in a suitcase pastes, brushes, combs, shampoos, underwear and more.

Do not take into the aircraft capacity larger than 250 ml. Stock up on plastic bags with a lock (ziplock bag) - in the same Germany, they can find fault with the lack of them, and there will be no place to take them.
Also, do not forget to put in a computer bag what you might suddenly need in flight - medicine, a comb, etc.

• The working day puts suit, shirts, belts and shoes in the bag.

Take shirts and trousers with a reserve - a cup of coffee spilled over in the morning can always happen. It is better not to forget that the belt should be combined with shoes; especially abroad will pay attention to it. And yet - do not wear white socks with anything other than sportswear.

And so on. Lose in your head your intended day on a business trip, do not forget about rest and trips to clubs, museums, etc.

Remember one thing - loaders do not care about your luggage!
Findings:

• Do not put equipment in a suitcase
• wrap fragile things in clothes so that they do not touch the edges of the suitcase
• put the shoes so that it is at the bottom of the upright suitcase
• for God's sake, bring your wife to the package!

What to put in a computer bag?

• USB charging for mobile
• Laptop / tablet
• Laptop charging
• Documents / presentations / copies of electronic tickets and reservations
• Medicines, wet wipes, etc.

For me, the main thing in the bag is not beauty, but the fact that it has everything that I need to survive if the suitcase is lost or delayed.
