Developers of alternative energy generation systems recently presented the Sanya Skypump system, an unusual design wind generator that is designed to work with the WattStation electric car charging station. This system has two varieties: the first is just a wind generator, the second is a wind generator + solar panel (in the video you can see all this in detail).
The station is designed, according to the developers, to be installed in remote regions where electric vehicles cannot yet recharge their batteries, since there are simply no charging stations in such places. In this case, Sanya Skypump and WattStation can be a good solution to this problem. By the way, the power of the solar battery that works in the system is 150 watts. So if there is no wind, the charging station will work by converting solar energy into electricity. ')
The WattStation charging station will be able to fully charge the battery of an electric vehicle like the Tesla Roadster in 4 to 8 hours. Of course, it is not very pleasant to stand in one place for many hours, but if there is no other way out, then this option will come in handy. Unfortunately, data on what should be the climatic conditions that allow the station and the windmill to work at 100%, not reported.
By the way, the system can even be called portable, since its dimensions completely allow the transfer / transportation over a certain distance. Such a system could be useful for the home, because its power is quite high, and in the event of an emergency power outage you could use this system. But this probably will not be possible soon.
