YouTube video first mentioned in court

For the first time in American court practice, a video from YouTube was mentioned in a formal court order . In a written opinion on the baseball bits trademark case “Stealth,” Judge Terence Evans (Terence Evans) allowed himself to refer to materials published on the pages of one of the most popular online video resources. Although the video was not directly relevant to the case, it depicted the sadly crucial moment in the career of the legendary baseball player John Brett, who acted as the accused of trademark infringement.

By a court decision, Central Manufacturing will have to drop its charges, as well as pay Brett Brothers Sports International and John Brett all necessary legal fees.

Shortly after the verdict, it turned out that the video was no longer available for viewing in accordance with the requirements of the baseball league.
