Hello!I am the head of the interactive agency "It's Easy." My partner and I decided to open a branch in Thailand. We want to share our thoughts, get your opinion, get good advice.
This will be an introductory article, without specifics. In the future we are planning a series of articles with a detailed disclosure of the topic.

From the beginning about us:We are one of the many studios / agencies in Moscow. It seems everything is like everyone else, but we have ambitious plans!
We create a dream company, where employees are professionals with burning eyes, love their company and what they do, and customers are happy, happy and cannot live without us. (I ask in the comments not to focus on the fact that this is utopia.)
Recently, we had the idea to organize the second office of our agency in another country.
At the moment, we decided that this would be Thailand, although it is possible if the idea goes, we will try to make sure that the office can periodically change the place of deployment. For example, a year in Thailand, a year in Cambodia, a year in India, a year in Taiga)

Why do we need this:- It's fun!
- A bunch of nishtyakov: fresh air, sea, fruit, creative atmosphere, team unity, cheap office rent
- This is consistent with our principles: interesting life and interesting work are the same
- And most importantly - we can attract professionals to our team who are close to us in spirit :)
Idea:- We will always have a main office in Moscow.
- And there will be a second office in Thailand, where employees can work all the time, or just come to the project.
- The general concept is that the employee should not care where he is, the result that he achieves is important.
- If an employee gets tired of working in Thailand, he can always come to work in Moscow.
- If an employee does not like or cannot travel, then he may not go to Thailand at all, but work in Moscow.
- In Thailand, we provide employees with an office (cottage by the sea), computers, the Internet, projects, salary. We help with rental housing (perhaps there will be a single infrastructure with the office).
- Employees themselves pay flight, room and board.
Action plan:- To assemble a professional team in Moscow.
- Work out and work out business processes for remote interaction of employees.
- Work together to ensure that tasks are performed on time and with high quality.
- Organize an office in Thailand and transport there willing employees.
It is clear that our idea is not so simple to implement, but we want to gather people who do not just want to receive sn. We need professionals with a good internal organization, able to work in the sphere of heat, sea, sun and complete uncontrolled debauchery)
