The publication in particular writes: "British drug addicts will get a chance to get free food, as well as an iPod player as a reward for refusing to use prohibited substances."

The essence of the initiative is that if a drug addict wants to get a bowl of soup, he must stop using drugs and have a blood test. For each negative analysis, yesterday's drug addict will receive food stamps, which will increase the amount of money from 1.5 to 10 pounds per week with each successful analysis.

Personally, I am not familiar with British drug addicts, but I am quite familiar with ours, Russian ones. And I dare say that our homegrown drug addict is unlikely to participate in the lottery if he wants to get an iPod.
