I saw such a toaster. And he fired up to do something like this with his own hands. In order to please your loved ones every morning with different pictures on toasts. It turned out that it's pretty simple.
We will need: an aluminum can, and simple tools.

If you want the logo on the toast to be white, then you need to cut out the profile of the shape you need.
In the case of making a stencil, the whole toast will remain white and the drawing will be browned on the toast.
My choice was Cheburashka.

Pay attention, it is necessary to provide options for mounting your logo to the toaster grate.
The next stage is fastening to the grid. For this you need to disassemble the toaster. But I could not do it because in my model, non-standard bolts are applied to which I could not pick up a screwdriver. But having a little pissing off, it was possible to securely fix Cheburashka without disassembling a toaster.

I agree the first pancake is lumpy. As a result, the cheburashka had to deprive the ears and body because there were no large toasts in the house.
