Facebook offers to create a page for drug promotion.

Yesterday, my drug friend and business partner, Jan Balayan, found a curious thing on Facebook. When creating a product or product page in the drop-down menu, along with furniture, clothes and toys, it is proposed to create a page for drug promotion! Yes, yes, it is a drug!

Apparently Facebook had difficulties with the translation of the word “drug”. According to the dictionary, the first meaning is “medicines”, and the second is “drugs”. Strange mistake. Or Facebook is heating our attention this way?

In general, the story had a development. Jan Balayan placed a paid advertisement for the sale of “Ganjubas ordinary” as a banter. Everything turned out and in the search when typing the word "ganjubas" a product account appeared. Today, however, this product has disappeared from Facebook, but the rubric remains.

Now drug dealers, medical representatives can ask a reasonable question to Facebook: “In which category should we place our medicines?”

PS
Habr - power! The Facebook users, too, did a quick response, and about an hour after the appearance of this post, the word “drugs” was replaced by the word “drugs”.
