The bottom line is that they recruited 90 volunteers (60 of them are women) who love to have sex and who during this project will engage in them without taking money for it (and thus remaining clean before the law), but since it is open project - they will be engaged only with those with whom they want, and visitors, of course, can donate a certain amount. Quite an interesting approach, I think.
