Registration upside down

There was a production need to throw out the data filling panel not down from the registration button, but up. Along the way, the idea was born to add functionality to the button itself, displaying hints on it:

the device of the form dictates the order of filling, for users with no paranoia (paranoia in general, and "paranoia filling randomly" - in particular) this should not be burdensome.
