Methodology:

Participants are sent by email. mail questionnaire, consisting of two parts. The general questionnaire contains questions about the company, about motivation plans, about the salary policy, etc. The second part is the profile of positions (it contains 128 positions), in which you need to specify the salary and income of the company’s employees for the specified month. Time to complete the questionnaire - 3 weeks.

After filling in the questionnaire, recruiters are received, pass the verification stage (manual and automated) and undergo statistical processing. The output is an overview of salaries, in which there are no bindings to companies.

In parallel, data is collected from job portals. They are processed separately from the participants data. As a result, we get the general situation on wages from two different angles.
