Hello, Habrazhiteli!
In the past couple of weeks, we have done a lot of work on the site for testing websites and software (
Fixber ) so that customers can not only “get” bugs for their projects, but also lead them through the full “life cycle” from finding to correcting.

')
To do this, we launched an internal bugtracker (alpha), which is so simple that you can learn how to use it in a couple of minutes - there really is nothing superfluous in it.
Briefly and in the case:Only 3 access roles:
- customer,
- developer,
- tester.
Only 3 bug status:
- “work”,
- "test"
- “done”.
Very few descriptions:1. On the project details page, added a link to go to the bugtracker page.

2. The main page of the bugtracker is divided into 2 parts.

The right side shows all purchased bugs, and the left - all bugs transferred to the development.
3. Click on the name of the bug and get all the detailed information.

4. Need to do role-based access? No problem.

Clicked on the link "division of labor" and received two links.
One link was given to the developer, and the second to the tester.
To view the bugs on these links, registration on the site is not needed, open the page and go ahead.
After that, on the bugtracker page, it will be enough for you to transfer the “development” bugs from the right table and the process is started.
Keep in mind that on the main page of the bugtracker you will see absolutely all operations on the bugs (as a customer), and the links for role-based access will only have a role-playing part.
Thank you all and good friday!
