Help on the basic features of the interface XMind, made in the program itself

XMind is a great program for mindmapping , but it's not so easy to start working with it quickly, for some reason nobody bothered with the introductory course. Therefore, in the process of mastering the interface, I drew such a diagram (with an emphasis on using the keyboard). Maybe someone else will come in handy.
