YourOnRamp is a new community created for women who decide to return to work.

Many women who have left work (often for raising children) believe that it is very difficult to return to the business world, and sometimes it is difficult to find companies that treat family life well. However, it is just as difficult for them to find the boundary between family and work.

YourOnRamp is going to become an online resource for such women by offering articles and other editorial content, along with a professional mentor and social network to help the woman get back to work. The site contains the basic elements of social networks, including personal profiles, blogs and forums.
