gmail.com and spam filters

I have been using gmail for several years and never had problems with spamfilters. But in the last few months there has been a moment that a relatively large amount of normal mail goes to the spammer. In this case, the same sender in different letters can get into both spam and inbox.
Have anyone had similar problems?
