Please take a couple of minutes to answer our questionnaire questions.
We will try to take into account all your wishes and preferences, so that you enjoy online shopping, just staying with OZON.ru. Everything else is our job.

All this is accompanied by such a pitifully ingratiating picture:

Everything is fine, customer care and all that ... But in the light of the latest stories about Ozone, it’s hard to believe in a bright future.
I answered out of pity for the questions of the questionnaire ... (I would dismiss those who compiled it.)
In general, the guys worried in vain, because I often visit Ozone (because of the affiliate program), another thing is that I don’t buy (mainly because of the prices, of course) ...
