Well, if you don’t want to pay, you can use one of the analogs, thankfully, there are quite a lot of them. Yes, and the functionality of Google Docs, many lack "with the head." The cloud-based office suite from Microsoft includes several services: Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft Lync Online.

There are also online services for creating and editing documents: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote. Microsoft is going to pay maximum attention to the package, and its uptime, according to the developers, will reach 99.9%. The project team also claims that the companies that worked with the package increased their productivity, while reducing the costs of office and other programs. But, of course, this is information from the manufacturer, so that it can be received, but with certain restrictions.

In Russia, Kontur will provide cloud office support from a software giant, which provides several typical sets of services, including Extern 365, Elba 365 and Contour 365. Packages are distinguished by the presence or absence of electronic reporting and electronic accounting systems. The cost of the subscription is not so high - it all starts with 300 rubles per month per user. In general, the amount is not so large, and if you need extended functionality, comparable to a regular office suite, you can allocate these 300 rubles.

Now cloud services are developing more and more, allowing you to access various software needed for individual users and companies without installing software on your computer.
