Will United Russia ban outsourcing?
So guys, shitty news that will affect so many of us.
On May 20, 2011 (Friday), the State Duma adopted in first reading the draft federal law No. 451173-5. This law amends the labor code, the results of which in Russia outsourcing will soon be completely banned (performing a number of non-core works for one firm by employees of another).

Let me remind you that the overwhelming majority of votes in the Duma belongs to United Russia.
