Domain Google.ua did not belong to Google

Last year, Google attempted to take away the domain Google.ua.ua from the company Gou Ogle registered in Ukraine. The court decided to terminate the delegation of the domain google.ua, and recognized the right to the domain of Google. Then repeated proceedings started, which were initiated by Go Ogle, and the “corporation of good” never received the domain, awaiting a decision by the Ukrainian court (the case was considered by the Economic Court of Kiev).

By the way, from the domain google.ua was redirected to a dating site, so there is an illegal use of the domain with the intention to make a profit. In the United States and other countries, such cases are completed very quickly in favor of the plaintiff. As for the situation with the Ukrainian google.ua, everything went wrong from the very beginning, the court proceedings were delayed, because in Ukraine there is no sort of exact legal interpretation of the term “domain delegation”.

It all went on and on until things went quiet. Well, now, apparently, this domain has become owned by Go Ogle again, because, going to Google.ua, we find ourselves on that same dating site, which Google tried to prohibit redirecting to court. I wonder what could happen, that everything was back to normal - Google refused to sue? Or did the court reject a corporation lawsuit? Or something else?

It would be interesting to know what really happened there. In any case, Google will have to start all over again if the corporation really wants to take away this domain from the current owner.
