Certificate of authenticity of your Ubuntu, or Linux in Ukrainian

Dear Habravchane, my attention was attracted by the service of the company UALinux which is, according to the statement on the site, the only certified partner for the distribution and support of Ubuntu in the territory of the CIS countries.
Yes, the official partner and support is all great, but ...

I would like to discuss such an interesting service of the company as "A complete set of Ubuntu legalization for one workplace."

By paying a small amount it turns out you can get so much of everything useful:

The question arises, of course, you can understand that this service is intended primarily for organizations, but are such serious “crutches” really necessary for free software to work in our countries?

PS I ask you to share your thoughts, and maybe the experience of using "crutches" for free software, maybe you had problems and how you solved them.

UPD. I hasten to share the link that was sent to me after the post was published. Link to a post on one forum which tells about the legal aspects of using Open Source in Ukraine. The post is dated late 2009. Post from the user "Forensic Law Newspaper" .
