UserEcho visualization flexibly transforms to customer requests

UserEcho does not stand still and is constantly evolving. At this time, we want to please users with a new opportunity to visually customize the look of support forums. Now it is easy to customize your personal look and make it convenient for blogging, organizing a support forum or an internal helpdesk.

The user screen is represented by a combination of modules. You yourself can choose the desired set of modules and customize them at will. The first step was to break the screen into two functional parts: the right one (menu) and the left one (main). But, perhaps, from this, too, we step aside in the direction of complete freedom for the user. The images show various options that can be obtained after customization.



Below is a list of modules that we have made available for customization by users at the moment.

Image - it can be any image, for example, your company logo.

Search module - to search the existing database and add new topics.

Free text - write a brief description of your project or user manual.

Topic list - a list of topics of a given forum. This is a very functional module, which will be devoted to a separate article.

Facebook - list of your Facebook fans, plus the opportunity to become them.

Links module - allows you to specify a list of arbitrary links.

Twitter module - news feed of your activity on Twitter.

Module Sharing - with it you can easily share your feedback on popular social networks.

Community statistics - statistics of your community, the number of reviews, posts and users.

Customization is available in the settings in Settings-> Customization.
