Google Analytics: Improvements in the Map Overlay report
The next update in Google Analytics pleased us with the improvements in the "Overlay data on the map" report.
Previously, it was possible to view the state / region / area for US users only. Now, viewing the geography of users at the regional level is available for more than 170 countries!
To access the report at the regional level, you must select a country in the report "Demography -> Location" . Here is an example report for France:

To view the report at the city level, you must select the City view mode under the map. In the "City" view mode, an improvement also appeared: a magnifying glass mode, which turns on when cities are closely placed on the map.
