Afisha and Rambler created a foundation to support promising Internet projects. It runs under the brand "Rambler" and will focus on the development of media and technology products.
The objects of our investments are projects that fit into the new strategy of the merged company. This may be media resources, solutions in the field of electronic purchases, personal and mass communications. The main thing is that the project should help the company create a single choice space for users.

')
In the concept of "choice" we put quite a broad meaning. On the one hand, we have media. For example, the magazine "Poster" and "Lenta.ru," which are involved in the formation of a person's lifestyle. They create preferences, desires, ideas that motivate a person to choose. On the other hand, we have services. For example, the products of "Rambler", site and applications "Posters". They help a person to clarify and implement the choice - through communication, comparison of information, purchase.
Take, for example, a movie. The user is interested in a new film by reading the review in the “Poster”. He looks at the schedules, chooses a convenient session and there, on the website of the Poster, buys a ticket using the Rambler-Cash service. Thus, the media projects and Internet services of the combined company form a single space in which the user's choice is formed, refined and implemented.
Rambler-Fund will enter the capital of the project at the initial stage, when a startup has just started or exists at the idea level. In order to attract funding, the team will need to submit a well-developed business plan and prototype.
Initial investment in each project will amount to 3 million rubles for a period of 6 months to one year. In addition to investments, Afisha and Rambler will invest technological and marketing resources in projects, share management experience. Mentors from among the company's employees will work with the teams.
You can tell about your project and fill in the questionnaire on the
“Rambler-Foundation” page.
