Beeline will open your e-wallet

VimpelCom (Beeline network operator) creates an electronic payment system ru.ru. The operator intends to press such large e-commerce market players as Yandex.Money and WebMoney. The tool is aimed primarily at micropayments, the mobile account must completely replace small cash transactions. The payment system will be created in partnership with Alfa-Bank. The account can be linked to a bank card. A distinctive feature of the new “wallet” from similar projects of competing operators will be the absence of a commission for most services.
