Mikogo 4.0 - a utility for screen sharing, webinars, online conferences and remote access

I will try to state the official press release in my own words, talking about the functionality of the new version.

First of all, I am glad that the free application developed by non-Russian specialists abroad has been translated into Russian (and into many more others). This is a minus one barrier that impedes the development of the program by a wider audience.
Secondly, in this version, attention is paid to interaction and communication between program users:

- the ability to select a monitor (if you have two or more working monitors in the system);
- selection of chips available to users: you can prohibit / allow to use the board, record the session, transfer files;
- user statuses: agree / disagree, please say, there is a question, satisfied / dissatisfied, faster / slower.
- profiles: if you create an account on mikogo.ru, then you will be able to create and save configuration profiles, and then quickly switch between them as needed.
Fourth: The interface is made in the corporate form. The program is hidden in the tray, but you can use the panel for quick access to all the chips.
And here is the same panel with a running session and deployed blocks.
Notice that prompts pop up with a description of possible actions.

- Chat appeared. It's just a sin, using the program to share the desktop, in parallel to use Skype or ICQ to communicate in the process of sharing. But it was in the third version. After all, people connect, introduce themselves, want to ask questions, get answers.
- Multiplayer board . Those. several users can draw, write, mark important on one board, and all connected users will see the changes.
- "HTML Viewer" . This is a cool feature: you send an invitation to join the session with a link. By clicking which user can select: either download Mikogo and join the session, or immediately connect to it through the browser - through the “HTML Viewer” (the name, IMHO, not very successful). Through the browser, the system slows down and allows you to only view.
