Spam crawls from images to PDF
Replaced by the "picture spam", which finally went on the decline, comes a new type of mass advertising mailings. Now texts with calls to increase the genital organ or buy Viagra are hidden in PDF files.
The existing filters do very well with the cut-off of graphic spam (which is probably why it declined - in June its share was only 14% compared to the April 37%), however, PDF spam is still too tough for them.
Over 30 million Internet users have already received this type of advertising, so companies specializing in the development of anti-spam solutions have a job again.
