The more I think about it - the more questions I have.
Well, for example.
There is no substantiated proof that television is being reborn as something new.
There are some signs that the nature of television consumption is changing.
In particular, there is a proven fact that there is a certain socio-demographic stratum of the population that television does not consume at all. (“I’m not a fool to waste my time on washing my brain”).
This, of course, is the problem of the theo-visuals - they have lost a fairly large part of the population.
Obviously, this layer is not numerous, but it is solvent.
It is completely incomprehensible why from this it follows that the television must change.
However, there is confidence in the industry that it must change.
Let's see how.
Take, for example, the magnificent musicbox channel.
The absolute embodiment of the television approach.
Broadcasting has surpassed itself.

This is a channel with clips that you can raise in rotation by sending SMS.
That is, you periodically show a table with “the next 5 clips” (obscuring the screen, of course) and you can send a short SMS number so that the fifth one becomes the first.

Absolutely while not believing in two things.
1. That “a personalized information channel is personalized” will be massively in demand. It is impossible to hope that people are able to arrange their own media space. They are lazy. That is, it must be configured itself. How?
2. What new media mechanisms will come up with televisions. Not. Their head is different. Look differently. Who then will do it? but? Want to have?
