Payment in the iTunes Store with a plastic card

I wanted to connect an international plastic card to the iStore.
But the problem was that iStore does not accept cards issued in Russia. Therefore needed a map from the US.

I immediately ordered it myself.

The scheme is as follows:
1. Go to the website plimus.com;
2. Above poking on the link registration of the manufacturer (vendor);
