WesternUnion and debit card - this is understandable and there is nothing supernatural here.
But most Western customers most often want to pay PayPal, because such payments are the most developed and familiar to them.
This is where the problems begin. For Russian users, PayPal is only one such gateway, i.e. you can pay, but the money you get is not ...
What to do in this situation? The logical decision comes to make yourself a card with the details of a foreign bank. For example American.
A lot of people advised me to Payoneer and ePassporte. But as it turned out, in order to receive a prepaid card from ePassporte, it is necessary for a person who already has a service on ePassporte to deposit money.
And on Payoneer delivery only in the USA.

Can anyone know any other services to get such a card with delivery to an address in Russia ??? (it’s better that you can deposit money from other cards, like in Payoneer).
