Received a letter with the notification of the answer. I follow the link , but there is nothing there. Refresh three times did not help. I wrote the answer, a message appeared, to which I wrote my answer =)

It is curious what it is - the response time is 22 hours, the link was stinging at 0:15. Habr works very quickly, it is strange to see such delays.
