Panasonic has updated its "not killed" Toughbook CF-19

The company Panasonic recently announced the release of an updated version of the tank in the world of laptops - Toughbook CF-19. This model was first introduced in 2006, and since then has become quite popular among the military, scientists, technicians who work in difficult conditions. I once saw with this laptop even a couple of merchandisers. So, Panasonic has updated this laptop, adding an Intel Core i5-2520M processor with a working frequency of 2.5 GHz, an integrated Intel HD 3000 video adapter and some other goodies.

Among these most other updates - 4 GB of RAM, hard disk capacity of 0.5 TB (or, on request, SSD with a capacity of 128-256 GB). Of course, there are wireless modules WiFi, 3G, Bluetooth. As for the display, but the developers decided not to put a big screen, and equipped the Panasonic Toughbook CF-19mk5 with a 10-inch display device. By the way, this display does not give glare, and the image is normally visible even in direct sunlight on the screen. And yet - the display is touch, and it can be rotated so that the laptop can be turned into a tablet. Of course, such a tablet will get quite cumbersome, but what to do is either design or extreme protection.

Naturally, the Panasonic Toughbook CF-19mk5 is protected from everything that you can protect your equipment: from water, from dust, from shock and vibration. Notebook Panasonic Toughbook CF-19mk5 can work at very high and at very low temperatures. In addition, its battery will safely withstand 9 hours of battery life - this is a very commendable achievement.

This laptop will go on sale in September this year, first in the United States and then in other countries. Of course, it is not cheap: the estimated price is 3349 US dollars. The laptop has a three-year warranty.
