The patch (928365) on .NET2.0 kills Visual Studio 2005 !?
There is a suspicion that yesterday's security update for .NET 2.0 affects the performance of Visual Studio 2005.
The reasons and circumstances are being clarified, perhaps - this is just my local glitch.
If possible, refrain from today's updates;)
UPD. An attempt to roll back the update ended with a blue screen, and now it is impossible to remove it, but the studio came to life.
I think soon there will be another patch for KB-928365, which will work more stable. Probably worth the wait.
