Mosenergosbyt unofficially
announced tariffs for the services of the network of electric filling
stations , which the
Moscow United Electric Grid Company is now beginning to build. At first, only Mitsubishi i-MiEV electric vehicle owners (in the photo), the first electric vehicle whose sales start in Russia in a matter of days (receiving orders already in progress), will be able to use these services for the first time.
So, the key point: the Russian legislation so far prohibits selling electricity to the population at a price higher than the state. And electricity in Russia is still extremely cheap.
The second good news: at first, electric cars in Moscow in general can be refilled
for free . Then a fee will be introduced depending on the speed of refueling (8 hours, 4 hours and 30 minutes - 15, 10 and 3 points) and the time of day. For example, an eight-hour refueling at night will cost about 70 rubles. (The minimum tariff, presumably the most popular type of gas station for residents of sleeping areas). Daily fee for the same amount of energy - 100-120 rubles.
')
In 2011, 28 gas stations will be built near large shopping centers, on large parking lots and in townhouse areas. The stations will be of three types: with a charging time of 8 hours - 15 stations, 4 hours - 10 stations and 30 minutes - three stations. The cost of building an electric station is an order of magnitude less than normal: it ranges from 5 to 50 thousand euros, depending on the capacity (obviously, eight-hour stations are the cheapest).
One recharging Mitsubishi i-MiEV lasts for 160 km. It turns out that at a price of 70 rubles. the cost per kilometer for electric cars Mitsubishi i-MiEV is 44 pennies, while in gasoline cars - 2.16 rubles. at the price of gasoline 27 rubles. per liter and consumption of 8 liters per 100 km.
Only the cost of the Mitsubishi i-MiEV electric car itself is embarrassing, for which Russia wants 1.8 million rubles. This is three times more expensive than a standard budget foreign cars.
In the village, getting “free fuel” for an electric car is easier than in the city: you can put solar panels, a wind turbine or a turbine on the river (well, this is purely theoretical, in practice, the equipment is too expensive, it is more profitable to eat from a standard outlet).
