QIP Infium - additions / corrections from 07/10/2007

Fresh update to the recently released QIP Infium beta.

Added / updated:
- Core: send by Alt + S
- Core: option for “regular window title”, “close” button - hides the window;
- Core: option “Show numbers without hyphens”;
- Icq: definition of customers and their icons;

Fixed:
- Core: button resizing in some non-standard themes xp;
- Core: in some cases, the same contact could be added to the list twice;
- Core: autoscroll when a contact moves from one group to another;
- Core: incorrect closing of tabs via the context menu of the "Close" button;
- Icq: check the status of the contact in the search results;
- Icq: in some cases when the connection was broken, the status did not change to “Offline”;
