Today it is exactly five years since the launch of QIWI Wallet, then Mobile Wallet.

Today, QIWI Wallet - millions of users who pay thousands of providers every day. For comparison, payments made on the first minute of June 6, 2011:



Milestones in the development of the company:

• June 2006 - launch of the project into commercial operation,
• December 2007 - Wallet appearances in QIWI terminals,
• August 2009 - the launch of QIWI Visa Virtual, the first truly mass prepaid card product,
• April 2010 - turning into a full-fledged payment system and renaming to QIWI Wallet.

It is especially pleasant to note that many of those who stood at the origins of the project continue to work in the company. They have invested a lot of effort in making the company what it is at the moment, and it is they who now want to say many thanks.

Five years is a reason to look back, to evaluate successes and achievements, but only in order to immediately forget about them, because you need to move forward. Yes, and the situation is changing rapidly - literally every month, sometimes every week. There is no time to rest on your laurels.
