quite a long time, we have not written posts about the software testing services site of
Fixber.com , and now we are ready to tell you what new and interesting things have appeared on it during this time.
There are interesting large-scale changes, as well as small, but no less important.

1. Changing statuses and operations for projects.
Now the project of the customer can be in the statuses:
- active
- draft,
- inactive (the customer is not active in the project),
- stopped (the customer temporarily suspended the project, for example, to fix bugs),
- completed (project ended).
Also new operations became available:
- stop (temporary stop of the project with the possibility of a subsequent launch),
- extend (if the project is close to the completion date, then it can be extended).

2. Improvements in the system of failures from bugs on the part of the customer.
- all refusals first go through testers (you can accept the refusal or reject), if the tester rejects the refusal, then the refusal goes to the admins for moderation,
- all the bugs on which the refusal came, for ease of tracking, are displayed in the status “controversial”,
- if the customer, for whatever reason, decided not to send a bug to the failure, the failure on the bug can be canceled.
3. A ticket system has been added to the site.
In order to improve the quality of work with users, we added
a ticket system to the site.

Enabled users to switch roles (tester / customer).
A tester can work under the role of a customer and vice versa, without opening two accounts, but simply switching between roles on the settings page.
5. Launched an
affiliate program .
We give 40% of the profit of the site, received from both the invited customer and the tester. Now the affiliate program applies to the purchase of bugs and job placement / vacancy.
6. In the framework of the fight against duplicates, we gave testers access to the complete information of the bugs (Trivial and Minor) purchased.

Improved withdrawal finance.
Now you don’t have to wait until the potential for timeout for the failure of the bugs to expire, part of the amount can be withdrawn immediately. As always, withdrawal occurs within 1-2 business days.

8. Improved working environment choice for mobile devices.
In the "manufacturer / model" implemented a quick search for the model.
9. Updated commenting system.
- the commenting system has been completely rewritten,
- it is possible to discuss the bug and resolve issues with the customer / tester on any status (except for the approved refusal).

10. Added new section "
Jobs and vacancies ".
In this section, a customer can publish job / vacancy information for a tester in order to quickly and at minimal cost pick up a specialist in testing a particular classification in a project or to perform any temporary work.
11. Introduced on the site an automatic redemption of bugs for which no decisions were made.
If within 5 days after adding the bugs, the customer did not take decisions on them (did not buy and did not send in refusal), then such bugs will begin to be redeemed automatically. In any case, after this, the customer will be able to reject such bugs.
12. Made TOP bugs

At the moment, these are the bugs of the highest criticality and price that were sold, and the customer did not refuse them -

We give out information without a detailed description since the customer could not correct or correct this bug, but in part.

To better identify the problem found by the customer, we have provided testers with the opportunity to attach the following system information to the added bugs:
- User Agent
- HTTP_ACCEPT Headers,
- Time Zone,
- Screen Size and Color Depth,
This information is available exclusively to the project customer.
Each tester individually decides whether to put this information to the bug or not, but, as practice shows, a lot of information about the problem never happens.
14. An additional type of testing - “SEO”.
