Enertia Elektromoped will be available in early 2008
Brammo Motorsports has announced the creation of a motorcycle running on electricity. An electric motorcycle (or rather, an electromoped) called Enertia Bike runs on rechargeable batteries, which have a charge of 70 km and can reach speeds of up to 80 km / h.
It is noteworthy that the Enertia Bike is not a hybrid two-wheeled vehicle, but a fully electric motorcycle. This means that it operates exclusively on electricity supplied by six lithium-phosphate batteries placed on the sides and bottom of the frame. Battery charging time is only three hours.
"Moto-gadget" (and how else to call it?) Will be available in early 2008 in the United States. The cost of an environmentally friendly "toy" will be $ 11,995 as standard. A “premium model” (with “reflectors” and a mudguard?) Will cost $ 14,995.
