VTB 24 introduces ATM technology, similar to Adsens.
VTB 24 Bank starts using NCR APTRA Relate software to conduct individual marketing campaigns through its ATMs.
The bank, using this solution, intends to expand the functionality of ATMs and create new marketing campaigns based on customer data obtained from a CRM system. The bank will be able to “enter into a personalized dialogue with each of more than 300 thousand customers and expand sales of its financial products.”
Now, when a client is authorized at an ATM with NCR APTRA Relate software installed, the bank can create a personalized marketing proposal and, in the course of the dialogue, find out the degree of customer interest. If there is interest, the client may agree to take part in the marketing campaign, after which a bank employee will contact him.
